Romantic Ocean View Hideaways

Cypress and Ivy, averaging 575 sq. ft., offer a unique blend of tranquility and privacy along with a view of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. Entering through romantic French doors, the hideaways are individually decorated with select antique furnishings, polished oak floors, Persian rugs, Italian linens, plush four poster canopy beds and 65" flat HDTVs. Fig and Lily, spacious one bedroom suites averaging 900 sq. ft., includes elegant old world furniture and specially selected artworks. Daisy Cottage

Magnolia, Rosemary, Lantana, Outlook, Tulip, Lotus, averaging 1,150 sq. ft. located foremost on the property with gated terrace surrounded by uniquely landscaped gardens. Each has exposed oak beams, roaring fireplace, Italian linens, polished oak floor, 65" flat HDTV, Persian rugs, select antique furniture and artwork, plush four poster canopy king size bed. Lavender Cottage

Gardenia Cottage

Our 1,750 sq. ft, it is located in the middle of the ranch property next to an orange grove of sweet- smelling blossoms and jasmine. Have a stunning view of the ocean along with beautiful wildflower garden. Features polished oak floors, Persian rugs, Italian linens, two 40" flat HDTV. The palatial bathroom has a unique antique filled vanity area, free standing claw foot tub, crystal chandelier and complete array of Bamford amenities. Creekside One Bedroom Suites

Wisteria and Willow, averaging 1,900 sq. ft., have expansive patios nestled in a grove of oak trees overlooking landscaped gardens and a cascading creek. Willow Cottage actually has a large branch from a giant oak tree growing from a hole cut out of the deck. Features polished oak floors and are filled with antique furniture, Persian rugs, Italian linens, 65" flat HDTVs, hand selected antiques and hand carved stone fireplaces. Eucalyptus Cottage

Our 1,750 sq. ft. waterfall creek view cottage, Eucalyptus, is located along the San Ysidro Creek that runs on the eastern side of the ranch property, features polished oak floors, Persian rugs, Italian linens, and two curved 40-65” flat HDTVs. The palatial bathroom has a unique antique filled vanity area, free standing claw foot tub, crystal chandelier, and a complete array of Bamford amenities. Quaint French doors lead to a private deck featuring an outdoor rainfall shower, and steaming hot tub. This cottage has private parking, and an adorable old-fashioned porch entrance.

Channel Island View Cottages

Orange and Terrace, 2,150 sq. ft., overlook the ocean and Channel Islands with expansive views of the entire property including a lotus filled lily pond, organic gardens, and a rose covered pergola. These two bedroom cottages have large four poster canopy king size beds, Italian linens, polished oak floors, Persian rugs, three 55-65" flat HDTVs, hand selected antiques and hand carved stone fireplaces. Large private decks have sunken hot tubs, indoor/outdoor rain showers and charming lounging areas. Adjacent private parking. Kennedy Cottage

2,000 sq. ft. with a gated entrance that opens onto a large beautifully landscaped courtyard with unique benches and whimsical sculptures. Elegant furnishings provide the back drop for this enchanting and romantic hand carved stone cottage. Features two master suites with four poster canopy king size beds, Italian linens, polished oak floors, Persian rugs, fireplaces and huge private bathrooms that feature a complete array of Bamford amenities, crystal chandeliers, large dual vanities, free standing claw foot tubs and radiant heated tile floors. The living room has specially selected antiques with classic French doors that open onto the Ranch's largest private deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. Warner Cottage

This is owner Ty Warner's 2,500 sq. ft. signature villa which is outfitted to recall a lush European home and is the Ranch's crown jewel. It has two master bedrooms with plush four poster canopy king size beds with Italian linens, custom stone fireplaces. The palatial living room also has a fireplace, magnificent hand selected antiques and a formal dining area that opens onto a huge furnished terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean with views of the Santa Barbara and Channel Islands. The residence includes private heated 33 foot swimming pool, barbeque facilities and outdoor rainfall shower with steaming sunken hot tub. Entrance hall features unique Chinese decor and gorgeous powder room. Two large baths, built in vanities, crystal chandeliers, and a view of secluded gardens out of a large window next to the oversized tub. Has a full kitchen with an antique French country dining area and full amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Totally secluded with private driveway and parking area.
