The sumptuous Presidential Suite occupies the most impressive corner of The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa, delivering panoramic views of the Table Mountain National Park and the idyllic Atlantic Ocean coastline. The Presidential Suite at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa has been decorated in a seamless blend of classic elegance and contemporary comfort, from the marble floors and antique freestanding marble bath to under-floor heating and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. Chandeliers imported from Italy offer a perfect counterpoint to the impressive collection of artworks by South African Masters that adorn the walls. Measuring 151-square-metres (1625 square feet), the Presidential Suite includes a master bedroom with an expansive en-suite bathroom, an open-plan eight-seater dining room – with convivial bar and lounge area – alongside a business-ready study and separate guest bathrooms.

The perfect place to relax with friends, family and colleagues whilst enjoying live entertainment from Monday to Saturday evenings. Proven to be an extremely popular with locals as well as guests, we offer a fully stocked bar featuring many different cocktails. A fine selection of cognacs and an impressive collection of ports are available, as is a wide selection of cocktails including the fashionable "Cosmo" and Vanilla Chocatini; a martini made with Stolichnaya vanilla vodka and white crème de cacao, garnished with a chocolate flake and maraschino cherry. Our professional bar tenders are on hand to take your order and will even create a cocktail using your favourite ingredients!

The Table Mountain National Park, a World Heritage Site, offers uninterrupted views and the hotel has created several packages for unforgettable outdoor experiences.

Massage Treatments

While the interior of The Spa is exceptional, The Twelve Apostles' unique position on the mountains overlooking the Atlantic Ocean means that a sunset massage in one of two outdoor gazebos is an absolutely unforgettable experience. It is the perfect place for couples to escape and have a side-by-side massage surrounded by nature, with the Atlantic stretching into the horizon in front of you for as far as the eye can see. Please note that the gazebos cater for massage treatments only.

Private Cinema

The Twelve Apostles operates an intimate, 16-seater cinema/screening room available to both guests and non-guests, and also available for exclusive private hire. Each month a new schedule of movies is set, running five times a day and may be accompanied with breakfast (10h00), lunch (15h00) and dinner (17h30/20h30/22h30).

Azure Restaurant

Voted South Africa’s Best Hotel Restaurant at the 2020 World Culinary Awards, Azure Restaurant blends panoramic sea views with a menu of exceptional Cape cuisine. The menu champions local ingredients, particularly local seafood and sustainably caught fish. Local delicacies such as mussels, crayfish, oysters, prawns, langoustines, and squid all take centre stage on our elegant, fine dining menu. 

The Apostles Braai

The Apostles Braai showcases the very best of the South African barbeque tradition. Tender, locally sourced meat is roasted over customary hot coals, bringing together family and friends in the name of good food and good wine. The cultural tradition of braai is something that all South Africans share, and we're proud to present this at The Twelve Apostles, with our distinctive ocean view providing a memorable backdrop.

Set amid lush indigenous gardens at the rear of the hotel, this beautiful light-filled event venue offers sea and sunset views. Our vistas extend up to the rugged peaks in the Table Mountain National Park for which our hotel is named. It’s a striking space of mirrored walls and picture windows that allow natural light and panoramic views to wash in. A handcrafted Murano glass chandelier hangs above and handblown Biot glassware from Provence graces the tables.

With impressive views of the Table Mountain National Park, this relaxed, family-friendly dining destination offers an all-day menu of fresh and healthy café-style fare. From delicious breakfasts to generous wraps and salads for lunch, our Café Grill is ideal for casual daytime dining.

The inspired sushi menu from our dedicated sushi chef has fast become one of the hotel’s most popular offerings, while those with healthy appetites will love our signature burgers and aged steaks. A dedicated child-friendly restaurant, we even offer a playful Milkshake Menu for your little ones to enjoy. 

The Conservatory

Our Conservatory offers a peaceful corner to soak up panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain National Park. Savour an afternoon cocktail from The Leopard Bar next door, and discover our collection of gins with delicious canapés.

Bring a book, or gather a few friends to indulge in the fine food and glorious views. Our Conservatory is also available for intimate dinners and private functions.

The Leopard Bar

Watch the sun dip beyond the Atlantic Ocean as you sip on signature cocktails from our talented mixologists. Home to some of the best sunset views in Cape Town, The Leopard Bar offers a sundowner experience you won't forget. Passionate service and a creative bar menu are accompanied by laid-back live music that sets the mood each evening.

Enjoy an impressive selection of South African wines and craft beers, inventive cocktails, and a wide collection of cognac, whisky, and port. The Leopard Bar is also a popular spot for whale watching - whales are frequently seen between July and December, with sightings of southern right whales all but guaranteed during August and November.
